At Western ID technical support after you purchase an ID System is all important.

Our Technical Staff is available at our Toll Free 800 Help line to answer any of your software or printer related questions. Our factory trained technicians can repair your ID Card Printers if needed at your site, if you are located in Southern California, and via UPS if you are outside of our driving area.

Most all equipment comes with a one year warranty, and maintenance contracts can be purchased at a very reasonable rate.

Loaner printers are available for many systems.
